Process
We understand that in order to provide software that works for your business we must first get to know you and your requirements. We take the time to understand what is important to your business and furthermore what added value you wish to provide your workforce and clients by implementing new software.
The process for creating high quality yet affordable software is as follows:
- We interview you and your key members of staff making sure that we have a complete understanding of your business and your requirements.
- We submit a detailed quotation for your approval. We will take you through each step of the quotation, providing a complete breakdown of costs and timescales. Once the quotation is approved a payment of 30% of the total amount will need to be processed.
- Following the quotation approval, mock-ups will be provided to you with an example of the interface and structure that will sit behind your software, along with data that gives you the chance to preview how your final software product will look like.
- At this stage you, our client is empowered to provide further feedback based on the mock-ups, we then incorporate this feedback in to your specification.
- With the final specification agreed development then begins, working closely with a handful of key members of staff we release updates for your software in real time as they become available. We also publish our internal list of to-do items providing you with real time updates as development of your software progresses.
- Once the core features are developed a payment of 50% of the total amount will need to be processed.
- With the final product ready we then train you and your staff at your offices.
- If required we work with you to import data from any existing software and at this stage we establish a "go live" date.
- With your software up and running, your staff and clients satisfied, and sign off complete we feel that this is just the beginning of our relationship with you. Once the software is handed over to you, the remaining 20% of the total amount will need to be processed.
Note: If any bugs are found during normal use we repair them immediately and free of charge. Any additional development will be charged extra.
