January 17, 2008 -- After announcing the date for the first BETA release of its Sitebuilder, C & C Advanced Online Services, a company based in Cyprus proceeds into acquiring Midland Internet, a company based in the UK.
C & C Advanced Online Services, Chief Technical Officer, Constantinos Coudounaris announced that C & C Advanced Online Services will honour all existing customer contracts and will offer the ability for Midland Internet clients to upgrade to any of the packages currently being offered for no additional cost.
C & C Advanced Online Services has also announced that it will honour customers currently with monthly subscription plans and annual subscription plans by keeping the prices the same until the 1st of January 2009.
“The transfers of the clients’ websites will take place during the next couple of weeks. Our main aim is to have as less downtime as possible for each website.” announced Constantinos Coudounaris.
